I liked nothing about this trip. They charged 200$ for a deposit. Then lied and said I didn’t leave the key in the key drop. I most certainly left the key. This place is a scam and should be removed immediately from booking.com

Extremely well situated. 10-minute walk from Dundas Square and its attractions. Very nice staff. Amazing rooftop terrace open 24/7. Amazing value for the price in this part of town.

Price is very good - significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. I'll also note a bunch of reviews mentioned scams, which was not my experience: they put a $200 deposit on my card, but it was refunded within a day of checking out. Given that it's a very cheap hostel, they charge for things nicer places would not (e.g., leaving towels in the shared bathroom), but I was very careful to leave the room in exactly the state I got it, and got my full deposit back.

Travelling to TO all I want is a room with a bed, a lock on the door, and access to a bathroom. I appreciate a clean room with control over the temperature. That's it. I got everything I wanted for a cheap rate (by TO standards. Expectation is everything. Expect what you need. Saint Lawrence was perfect.

Close to everything, walking distance. The staff and residence were nice. The hotel had air conditioning. Shared bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge area. Clean beds, no bugs. There were 6 showers on our floor and a gallery on the roof.
